Yo, it’s BY US: SEOUL. Since Vinyls are super delicate, please read these rules before you open that package!

1. Need to make a claim? We need PROOF! 📸 If something's wrong, don't just tell us—show us! To get a replacement or refund, you MUST send:

  • Video: A full view of your turntable playing the part where it skips.

  • Photos: One clear shot of the defect, and another shot showing both the defect and the record label together.

2. Skipping or Static? Check your setup first! ⚖️ Most skipping happens because of the turntable settings (tonearm or tracking force), not the disc itself.

  • If you use an "all-in-one" suitcase-style player, try testing the record on a professional setup before contacting us.

  • We cannot accept returns for playback issues caused by your equipment.

  • Pro tip: Clean your stylus and the record with a pro cleaner first. Dust is usually the culprit!

3. Cosmetic "Flaws" are normal 🎨

  • Color Vinyl: Swirls, spots, or slight color variations are part of the making process. It’s not a defect; it’s art!

  • Sleeves & Covers: Minor creases, small corner dings, or seam splits can happen during shipping.

  • IMPORTANT: If you see damage on the cover, DO NOT OPEN the shrink wrap. Once it's opened, we can't take it back.

4. Small details we can’t control 🛠️

  • Center Holes/Labels: If the center hole is a bit tight or the label isn't 100% perfectly centered, this is a manufacturing quirk and doesn't count as a defect.

  • Stickers: Torn or loose stickers on the outer plastic wrap are not grounds for a return.

  • Download Vouchers: These often expire without notice. We don't refund if the voucher is missing or expired.

5. Note on Japanese Imports 🇯🇵 Most Vinyls made or imported from Japan come in "Open-type" plastic sleeves rather than heat-sealed shrink wrap. This is normal!

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  • 🎥 UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY: To claim a missing item or damage during transit, you MUST provide an unboxing video. The video must start with the package completely sealed and clearly show the shipping label. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
